Custom Shop Shipping and Handling

Orders sent to destinations within the 48 contiguous United States will be shipped via FedEx. Service and insurance options will be determined on the submission form. Customers will have a choice of air service only due to the value of the contents, ranging from 2nd day air to overnight delivery. We do not ship for weekend delivery, so if you've chosen our overnight shipping option and your order ships on Friday, you will receive delivery on Monday. Your shipping charges will be a calculation of the weight of the products you submit, the insurance amount specified and the destination in which they are being sent. ScottyCameron.com requires a street address for all shipments; FedEx will not ship to a Post Office Box.

Once your package leaves the Scotty Cameron Studio a tracking number will be provided allowing you to follow the progress of your shipment. See FedEx.com for further assistance.

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We can ship internationally to most addresses via FedEx. Customers are responsible for all duties and customs surcharges and any taxes, fees or costs charged by the government, the applicable freight carriers or any other party involved in transporting, importing or exporting these products. Please note that not all these costs may be known at the time of order and additional costs charged by these third parties may apply.  If your credit card transaction is approved by our system (i.e., using VeriSign), then we will most likely be able to send your putter internationally. Please call the Custom Shop if you have any questions regarding international orders, as not every address and/or transaction will be possible. For example, we cannot ship to AFO/FPO addresses at this time.

PROPER PACKAGING

  • Please print a copy of your order and include it in the box with your putter(s).
  • Write the order number boldly on the outside of the package and secure the address label extremely well (most shipment losses are due to torn labels).
  • Please package your putter carefully using paper or an old headcover that you don't need back.
  • Please DO NOT use popcorn foam packaging or excessive tape that must be cut away to access your putter. What may seem like protection in transit may potentially harm your putter if we have to cut away lots of tape and bubble wrap, etc.
  • Another putter packing tip that can save shipping costs is to simply send us the putter head in a small box. If you're getting a full restoration or reshaft, we use a brand new shaft anyway. You may want to insure your putter(s) for an appropriate amount. Please use a carrier that offers "tracking" capabilities, such as Federal Express, UPS or DHL. Please note that all putters must leave the Custom Shop fully assembled with shafts and grips installed. If sending in an unshafted putter head, be advised that a shaft and grip must be assembled and installed when a putter leaves the Custom Shop.

INSURANCE

All of our outbound packages are insured by FedEx for the dollar amount you specify on the submission form.

If you wish to insure your putter for more than $3000 please make arrangements with an alternate insurer for full coverage. FedEx will not be held responsible for shipments or claims exceeding $3000 in declared value.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

All putter submissions will require a credit card. Please have your credit card ready. We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Please note, when placing your order online, we are charging your credit card at the time of order. If we do not receive your putter within 30 days of submission and cannot contact you, we will issue a refund. Refunds will be credited to the credit card that was used at the time of the initial order.

TAXES

Certain sales or other taxes may apply to your purchase. These taxes vary from state to state and will be collected for orders shipped to states where these taxes are applicable. The amount of tax charged is based on current state and local tax rates as well as other factors, including the identity of the seller, the type of item purchased, and the shipment destination of the order. Please review and confirm the taxes applied to your order in your shopping cart before submission.

Gallery Shipping and Handling

Shipping Methods – All orders

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). The shipping methods available on all Scotty Cameron Gallery orders depend on the item(s) being purchased and the location to which the item(s) will be delivered. Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.

We strive to offer same day shipping on domestic orders (pending inventory availability and payment confirmation) if the order is received before 12:00 PM PST, Monday - Friday. However, orders received after 12:00 PM PST will often ship on the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Please allow an additional 48-72 business hours processing/shipping time for orders placed during Limited Edition/Club Cameron Flash Sale product releases.

In general, Scotty Cameron Gallery products are shipped via FedEx in the United States. You may have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery, such as FedEx 2 day Express or FedEx Overnight. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 PM (noon) PST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes. We do not offer Will Call.

Once an order is submitted, it is immediately transmitted to an automated processing system. This system allows us to provide you with the fastest method for receiving your order. As such, order modifications are not possible. Order cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If you would like to cancel an order placed within the last hour, please call 800-214-0213.

Shipping Methods – International Orders:

Depending on the item(s) you purchase from the Scotty Cameron Gallery and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. In general, Scotty Cameron Gallery products are shipped via FedEx to Canada and UPS for all other applicable International locations. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.

Please allow an additional 48-72 business hours processing time for international orders. Most shipments to Canada and Mexico are delivered within three to five business days. Most shipments to major destinations in Europe and Asia are delivered within five to seven business days.

The current list of countries we support includes:

Shipping and Handling Costs:

Shipping and Handling costs are dependent on the weight of the item(s) on your order, the shipping method you select, and the delivery destination. Your total shipping and handling charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore the total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart.

For international orders, shipping costs shown on your order do not include duties, taxes or other import fees assessed by governments outside the United States. You may be subject to additional import duties, taxes or fees assessed once your shipment(s) reaches the destination country. These costs may vary and are your responsibility as they are not within the control of the Acushnet Company. When you order goods to be shipped to a foreign country, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all local laws and regulations in connection with the shipment. Please note that the value of your order(s) must be listed on the outside of your package for customs purposes. Customs may elect to open your package(s) and inspect all goods. Please contact your local customs authorities with any questions regarding fees and inspections.
